A clear path from first meeting to move-in

Every project follows the same four stages, so you always know what happens next.

Consult & measure

We visit your space, take measurements and listen to how you want to live or work. Together we agree a clear brief and budget.

Concept & 3D design

We prepare layouts, material palettes and photo-real 3D views, then refine them with you until every room feels right.

Build & supervise

Our team executes joinery, ceilings, lighting and finishes on site, with regular updates so you always know where things stand.

Handover

We walk through the finished space with you, complete the final touches and hand over a space ready to enjoy.

Common questions

Which areas do you work in?

Our studio is in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, and we work right across the city — Gulshan, Banani, Uttara, Mirpur DOHS, Old Dhaka and more. We also take on projects outside Dhaka; our portfolio includes work in Narayanganj, Faridpur, Barishal and Habiganj.

Can I see my design before work starts?

Yes. We prepare photo-real 3D renders and plans of your space, and revise them with you until you’re happy — before any work begins on site.

Do you only design, or do you also build?

Both. You can hire us for design and 3D visualisation only, or for a complete turnkey service where our own team executes the work on site through to handover.

Can you work on a single room or a kitchen?

Absolutely. Alongside complete homes and offices, we regularly design and build individual kitchens, bedrooms, prayer rooms and feature walls.
